Artist's creations using Lazertran - Overlapping Lazertran text over torsos

Studied at The University of Notre Dame Graphic Design. The piece above is entitled "In the Eye of the Culture." The piece concerns the problem of female image propogated through the media in the USA. Nicole has cast a number of young female body types and applied Lazertran text over the torsos. This overlapping text cannot be read without the aid of red and blue filters, pointing up the gap between the messages we get from the media and the internalized feelings we have about these issues.
